the midnite extravanganza of going nuts from the inner mind of a PR student in teh middle of teh nite..or perhaps most of teh nites...recent nites especially...being a bloody vampire at nite and a freaking endangered panda in the day...i wondered off into the land of cyber.. >_> question is...shouldnt i b fully enjoying my last few days in pg? nah~~~...doesnt seems that way..though i've secured a place ar utar but im still on the look out for other potential unis...not to mentioned that im not satisfied with wat i currently had...but with the fact that which i believe my dad most wanted is to sent me out of the country... =.=" well, its not a bad thing ...but he somewhat got an indulgence and sort of urgency of wanting me to get a scholarship so badly that he keep on reminding me to get one since i started my diploma 2 years ago... =.=" ... n who doesnt want a scholarship if u r eligible for one, heh? *smack head* but the fact is ppl...studying in mass comm doesnt guarantee u a scholarship..n even if u are sooooo qualified...the rarity of a mass comm scholaship coming your way is 0.001%. yup! u heard me rite... this may sound harsh but im telling ya the truth here...try browsing the net or any other media..n tell me how many scholarship offered include mass comm course? in malaysia itself...your five fingers is more than enuf for u to count with...tsktsktsk... come on ppl..just look at how many unis in the world itself offered mass comm and all their majors? to look for a mass comm or general scholarship is like wandering in the night without lights... and a sight of it is like heaven sent. n with this, its not even included those scholarship that requires the participated uni to be public! so now wat? all the peivate students are not so qualified for a scholarship now??? or izit that the world havent notice the importance of mass comm holds in the entire world? yeah ...u could say that the world seem to be blinded.....well not the whole world...but parts of the world...seems to b that way..some dun even know wat mass comm is n wat they does...n even if they knoe...we were treated like a 3rd class citizens or smtg...dun believe me...look at our own country...look at my very own social circles... can u ever imagine that the remarks u get from ppl when u tell them ur in mass comm line is that u were perceived as "busy bodies" as the only thing they knew of mass comm is only reporters. so u say u study advertising....n wat they say? advertisement cheats ppl~~~ *smack head* ...so wat if u r one of teh most important ppl in the corporate world handling crisis,building orgz image...the layppl concept of public relation practitioners? u r no diff from a sales ppl...believe it or not...i got frens who tell me taht im wasting money studying pr as i can just go work as a sales person *faints* infact, even those working adukts dun even knoe the existent of pr...wtf??? all ppl know are business, engineering, arts, laws, medic....hello ppl~~~ cant u see us??? *waving* without us , the comm specialist...the world economy will just dies off! without us, none of your product will b on sale....no globalization will hapen...no1 to manage your crisis...infact there will b no1 to managed your organization from the point of management to production n promotion!!! wat? u r gonna use your business ppl to do promotion...ok...but without the media ppl... there will b no to do advertising for ya..there will b no1 to publish n give u publicity~~~ oh ya..so u think that all the art courses are cheaper n affordable than the science???muahahhahahah!!! come on...go take a look at our course fees!!! who the hell tell you ppl that art courses are affordable n everyone can afford it??? compared to business...dont u realise that the arts students needed more equipments for their studies??? n u think those machineries we use are cheap??? bcos its soooo exp~~~ not even all colleges or uni offering mass comm is equipted with such relevant media equipments! so now u c our importance and the assistance that we desperatly need!!!???
